I have been raising trout in Northeastern Vermont for more than 20 years. I started out with a few fish in a small pond. Near the beginning, I was told that I would not be able to make a living raising trout given the resources I had... For the last few years I have made approximately half of my livelihood from the sale of trout that I raise. In between, I have had many adventures, disasters and other learning opportunities. I could easily double the sales of the trout I raise if I so choose. Come hear my talk to find out why I might not choose to and maybe learn the easy way what I learned the hard way.
