This session will cover how to reconcile pricing to make a profit with pricing for a market. In addition to reviewing pricing fundamentals, we'll talk in everyday language about common pricing strategies and why they work or don't work for various situations. While this talk will use examples drawn mostly from craft and small manufacturing, the discussion will expand to broaden the scope as wide as the interests of the audience. Learn how to better figure your costs, how to do key market research, and most importantly, how to make sure your prices allow you to make the profit you need.
