The most ancient method of food preservation is drying, or as we know it today as dehydration. It can be costly to buy dehydrated food from the supermarket, and it is usually loaded with unwanted sweeteners and other nasty additives. Come learn how to dehydrate your own food. There will be samples to taste. There is no fee for this class but donations will be happily accepted.
